Dr. Dani Martin is a dedicated family doctor caring for a wide range of patients—from young babies and families to older adults—reflecting her passion for supporting people through all stages of life.

After graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand, she spent time rotating through various clinical specialities at Groote Schuur Hospital and Red Cross Children’s Hospital. Her time at Brooklyn Chest TB Hospital and Oasis Care Centre has cultivated a profound appreciation for palliative care. These experiences have given her a strong clinical foundation and a deep respect for the value of holistic, patient-centred care.

At The Health Team, Dr. Martin provides compassionate, thorough care, taking the time to understand her patients. She particularly enjoys working with children and focusing on preventative care. She believes in educating patients and enabling them to become advocates for their health. She values working closely with each individual to create treatment plans that are practical and sustainable – ensuring both mental and physical well-being.

Outside the consulting room, Dr. Dani is a proud mom and loves spending time with her family, soaking in the natural beauty of the Western Cape.
